Softball Junk Returns & Refunds Policy
At Softball Junk, we work with a curated network of manufacturers and partner brands to bring you high-quality products delivered directly from the source. Because each order is fulfilled by the manufacturer, return and refund policies may vary by brand.
Returns
Most items are eligible for return within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@softballjunk.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll connect you with the appropriate manufacturer or brand to initiate the process.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on the manufacturer’s internal return procedures. Typically, refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after the manufacturer confirms receipt of the returned product, but this can vary by partner.
Softball Junk monitors all partner refund timelines to ensure fairness and transparency. If a refund appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help follow up with the manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within seven (7) days of delivery. We’ll work directly with the manufacturer to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All purchases made through Softball Junk, including returns and refunds, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By purchasing through our site, you agree that any disputes or claims related to this policy will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.
