We partner with multiple trusted suppliers through a dropshipping model, which means your order may arrive in separate packages. Most U.S. orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on product availability and supplier location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that link to follow your package in real time. If your tracking number hasn’t updated after 5 business days, reach out to hello@softballjunk.com.
