Cramer's Deluxe Hinged Knee Brace is a new level of technology in off-the-shelf knee braces for sprains and mild instabilities.  It features Townsend Motion Hinges, generally regarded by medical practitioners as the closest replication of the natural roll and glide of the knee,  this motion allows the brace to help maintain the normal positional relationship of the thigh and the shin through the entire range of motion.  The hinge has a built in 5 degree extension stop to help control hyperextension.  A patellar opening and buttress are incorporated to assist with tracking of the kneecap.  Non-stretch straps help prevent migration.  Measure around knee joint at widest point.
