Miken Offers the Only All-Weather,
One-Year Warranty In the Industry
Miken is fanatically dedicated to creating bats that
achieve the highest levels of performance, power, durability and quality
that serious players demand. Miken Sports backs this commitment by
providing the ONLY all-weather, one-year warranty in the industry.
Miken Sports provides a limited factory warranty to the
original purchaser of the bat for one (1) year from the date of purchase
against defects under the following guidelines:

End plug of the bat is warranted for repair
-
Handle, knob and barrel of bat are warranted for
replacement
This warranty is a one-time replacement or repair
warranty. There are no other warranties for this product after one (1)
year from date of purchase. The warranty only covers bats rendered
unusable due to defects or severe damage suffered under normal field
usage. Miken Sports does not warrant cover grip replacements, abused or
misused bats, or bats used in a commercial batting cage. Bats that do
not meet warranty criteria will be returned to the original purchaser.
In no event will Miken Sports liability exceed the cost of replacement
for the bat.

Returning a Bat

Call Miken Sports Warranty Department at
1.877.807.5291 for a return authorization number. Have the following
information ready: model, length, weight, date and location purchased.

Send bat and proof or purchase, freight prepaid, to

Upon receipt, Miken will inspect the returned bat for
warranty compliance. Bats received without a receipt of proof of
purchase will not be warranted. Bats that comply with warranty standards
will be repaired or replaced within four (4) days of receipt, and
returned by the same shipping method as received.
If the bat does not conform to warranty standards, the
bat will be returned.
Bats received without a receipt or proof of purchase
will not be warranted.
Though more durable than wood or aluminum, composite
bats can break and possibly cause injury to the batter, other players,
or spectators, so use with care. Inspect your bat frequently and
thoroughly for cracking, deep scratches, or significant wear. Do not use
excessively worn or damaged bats.
